Service Cancellation
Houseapartmentiu provides custom event décor and photo zone styling services. Due to the customized nature of our services, returns are handled through our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel services with Houseapartmentiu according to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees (10% of total service cost)
- 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund available
Custom Installations
Custom-made decorative installations and photo zones created by Houseapartmentiu are designed specifically for each event and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Rental Items
For rental items provided by Houseapartmentiu:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Damage or loss will result in replacement fees
- Returns must be made within 48 hours after event completion
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.

If rental items are lost or stolen, clients will be charged the full replacement value of the items. Houseapartmentiu will provide an itemized list of lost items and their replacement costs.
We recommend securing all rental items and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for your event. Our team can provide guidance on insurance options if needed.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds for deposits will be calculated based on the cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement.
Administrative fees are non-refundable and cover costs associated with booking management, consultation time, and initial planning work.
